1 Year Seller UK Warranty!

 

        What is Covered? 

  • Fingerprint Sensor 

  • Network Issue with the phone 

  • Earpiece Speaker, Microphone Speaker and Main Speaker

  • Screen Touch without Breakage 

  • Sensor 

  • Volume & Power Buttons

  • Battery health will be above 85 Percent health  

 

What is Not Covered? 

 

  • Connectivity (Wi Fi, Bluetooth & GPS)

  • Charging Port without any breakage

  • Cameras & Flash Light 

  • Water damage

  • Battery health will not covered after 45 days of purchase it comes under 80 percent health 

  • Device will return back to customer if it will not in the same condition 

  • Accidental breakage including bend 

  • Device must not be physically opened by customer or any other Repair shop

  • Devices returned with a Pin Lock or accounts

       RETURNS & CLAIMS

 

Our Group only accepts genuine claims; phone MUST NOT be physically opened or altered. Any attempt of Jail broken phones are not accepted for returns. We reserve the right to decline any false claims. Furthermore, if the phone has taken to any repair shop or other technician, this will voids the warranty. Warranty does not cover water damages or physical damages or abuse. Battery tolerance relies on the usage capacity.
