• Everything works as it should

• No major damage (i.e chips or cracks to the screen or phone)

• No water damage

• Light wear and tear acceptable

Poor Condition: 

• Everything works as it should

• Heavy wear and tear, such as scuffs, dents and deep scratches

• Any personalisation, including engravings

Faulty :

• Major software/hardware issues (i.e. the phone freezes/crashes regularly)

• Severe wear and tear and/or water damage

• Broken or missing components (i.e microphone, camera, speaker)

• Faulty screen (including cracks, discolouration and damaged pixels)

• Water damage
